Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance across our hotel to ensure smooth operations and a pristine appearance.
  • Identify and resolve potential maintenance issues proactively, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience.
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing leaks, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to prioritize and respond to maintenance requests quickly, minimizing guest service disruptions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay informed on the latest maintenance technology and industry trends, sharing insights with the team to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or engineering are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a natural aptitude for repairs and a willingness to learn.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and quick thinking to handle challenges of any scale.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your friendly approach will leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to manage job demands, including lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
