President

As the founder of ASAP Associates in 1981, Augie has been a leader in the hospitality industry for over 50 years. He has contributed to the success of midsize establishments as well as some of the largest players in the business. His focus is operations, staffing and securing investors for business growth and expansion. Augie has a degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Mike

Sr. Project Manager, Consultant

Mike is an accomplished consultant / project manager who comes from a business and finance (including extensive ERP) background. Mike has worked with and in the IT Department as well. Mike is someone who can analyze, re-engineer, document and implement business and process solutions. Mike also have strong international experience. Mike has a degree from Skidmore College.

Steve

Sr. Project Manager, Consultant

Steve has over 25 years of Project Management experience in ERP/ CRM/ BI across many industries, with a primary focus on technology. Specific areas include cloud and on-premises vertical solutions, emerging markets, project portfolio management, and M&A diligence/integration.

Steve focuses on new, innovative, and enabling technologies to help clients navigate changing market dynamics, deliver transformational business strategies, market valuation/product mix, IT infrastructure operations and maintenance, and definition and injection of best-practices and compliance standards and drive efficient IT operations. Steve has degrees from the University of Southern California, Universidad Anáhuac and Santa Monica College.

Lawrence Chiango

Sr. Project Manager, Consultant

Lawrence’s focus is on restaurant and bar performance, staff development and maximizing revenue. The introduction of his techniques has doubled net revenue in twelve months with minimal additional investment. Lawrence is also a seasoned project manager. He has current certifications in project management, six sigma, food safety managements and crowd control. Lawrence has been a leader in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. He has a degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and Project Management Certificates from New Horizon, Lawrence also has a strong technical background and holds commercial construction licences in several states.
